A little about Allan
I have over a decade of experience in the field of mind-body health. I’ve trained extensively in meditation, yoga, and other healing arts and my passion for the power of the mind-body connection has inspired me to share them with others, having me go all over the country to teach others how they can use these techniques to benefit their lives.
